Dr. Lorenc has perfected variety of breast augmentation surgery techniques which dramatically improve the appearance of small, unshapely, or uneven breasts with surgical implants for added volume, shape and fullness.Depending on the patient, augmentation can be achieved through a periareolar incision around the arcolas(nipples), an inframammary incision placed the crease below the breasts or a trans-axillary incision in the natural creases of the arm pit.

A breast implant is basically a soft, silicone envelope with various fillers that is surgically implanted under the tissues of your chest to simulate natural breast tissue. The sac may be filled with a silicone gel or saline (salt water). The implants can be round or teardrop shaped, with a textured or smooth coating. Dr. Lorenc will discuss whether submuscular or subglandular implant placement would be most advantageous. He will explain the advantages of each and assist you in deciding on the choice of implants that will be ideal for you and your new fuller, more feminine figure. Silicone gel implants were FDA approved for breast augmentation in 2008, and they are Dr. Lorenc’s first choice in implants, although saline filled breast implants can also be used upon request. In some cases, fat grafting may also be used to augment your breasts with or without an implant.
