Depending upon the patient, augmentation may be achieved through either a Trans Axillary incision in the natural creases of the armpits, an inframammary incision placed below the breasts, or a Periareolar incision around the nipples.

He will explain the advantages of each and assist you in deciding on the choice of implants that will be ideal for you and your new fuller, more feminine figure.
