Neck Lift in NYC

What is a Neck Lift?

Depending on your needs, you may choose from a mini-neck lift, a neck liposuction or a combination of these.

Neck Lift

Neck lifts are often done in conjunction with a facelift or chin lift to create a uniform youthfulness. In short, a neck lift involves making one-inch incisions under the chin or behind the ears to pull and tighten and remove loose skin. This is normally an outpatient procedure using IV sedation.

Who is an Ideal Candidate

A neck lift may be right for you if you are a healthy individual between 40 and 60 years old. If you have loose skin or deep wrinkles in the neck. A good candidate for this procedure has jowls or you do not have a lot of excess fat in the neck.

The surgeon makes incisions beneath the chin and behind the ears. Skin is then pulled taut and lifted. After those steps, the surgeon then removes any excess skin.
