It’s never too early to start taking steps to start anti-aging treatments to prevent the signs of aging. You can look naturally beautiful at any age if you take care of your skin and keep up a regimen of good habits in your 20s and 30s. In addition to his SkinFit Medispa program, here is what Dr. Lorenc recommends to put your best face forward for decades to come:
The 20s General Skin Care
You want to start good skincare habits in your twenties and address issues such as acne and dry or oily skin. You should start moisturizing daily and taking special care of any areas that are forming wrinkles. If you have a deep furrow in your brow, you might try to be more aware of why it’s forming and consider Botox to deal with earlier so that it minimizes the long-term impact on your muscles and skin.
“The 20s offer an opportunity for patients to get ahead of the curve as far as their daily skin routines,” Lorenc says. “If you avoid too much sun exposure, moisturize and take extra care of areas of concern, you’ll be much better off and have better results later in life if you do choose aesthetic facial surgery.”
The 30s General Skin Care
In your thirties, light treatments such as Forever Young BBL (broadband light) correct sun damage, dark spots, lesions, tiny veins and redness. Radiotherapy treatments such as Pelleve help tighten the brow and jawlines, giving you a fresher looking face without surgery. In addition, you will probably start to see an increase in fine lines and wrinkles, as well as a loss of volume in the face. A regular routine of neurotoxins such as Botox, Xeomin or Dysport can help with fine line and wrinkle correction. Restylane, Juvederm and Sculptra, meanwhile, fill in the deep lines around the mouth and nose. They also add volume to the face.
