Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed without notice—will incur a $150 fee, charged to the card on file.
